I coordinated customers, technical teams, suppliers and partners, clarified blockers and maintained progress information.
Follow-ups and shared information helped prepare installation. The model illustrates a residential setting, not a specific site I installed myself.
I identified repeated tasks, lost information and unclear ownership to improve project follow-up. This role remains distinct from my later MobilityPlus studies and deployment work.
